The Associate Manager North Africa - Stationery Brand will play a significant role in developing and implementing the Brand Marketing Plan, within the Company Guidelines to meet the category goals and ensure that both sales volume and profit goals are achieved / He or She :
Develops and executes ATL and BTL activities in North Africa to meet BIC’s Stationery objectives, within approved annual budget.
Analyzes and compares Stationery results vs. objectives to ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives (promotions, activations )
Monitors Stationery sales volumes, market conditions, market share trends and competitive data
Develop and execute the Stationery Marketing Plans across NA countries in close collaboration with BIC extended teams.
Manage the marketing activities under his / her responsibilities which implies forward-thinking, execution, follow up and post-evaluation
Monitor brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes
Monitor the Stationery Marketing budget under his responsibility
Participate in various cross-functional teams Sales, Trade Marketing and externally with local support agencies such as Digital, Print and Activation agencies
Develop reports and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the market, competitors and consumers
Identify key issues, trends and opportunities to increase market share and creatively help in growing the business.
Support the brand communication / talk in digital and PR
