Responsibilities :

  • To help develop and nurture strong, profitable, and long-term client relationships
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers and act as an advocate for the customer internally for Ocean & Logistics.
  • Identify and execute up-selling LnS opportunities
  • To proactively as well as re-actively engage in daily work with clients aiming to deliver high quality, professional and friendly service.
  • Strive for swift resolution of valid client complaints

  • To act as support function for the Key Account Managers in terms of preparing service and rate proposals, pricing inquiries, tender preparations and submission, presentations and monitoring of client performance versus targets
  • To coordinate and participate in client meetings and negotiation as required
  • Contribute to Process enhancements & New process design for Logistics Products
  • Actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs and drivers
  • What are we looking for :

  • Willing to take ownership
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in Arabic, French, and English (both in written and spoken). Amazigh is a plus.
  • A strong operational background
