Entity : Middle East & Africa Region
Target : To achieve the highest level of financial and commercial performances within the area of responsibility and to ensure the proper application of the Brands policies and PSA standards.
The challenge of the mission is therefore financial and commercial.
Main Missions :
As the main entry point within the Region, be a player in the achievement of the commercial, financial and quality objectives of the Brands for the Countries of the area of responsibility.
Co-pilot actions, reflections and orientations for all Countries in the short, medium and long term
Contribute actively in the creation of Commercial Action Plans through its construction and management, ensure its synthesis and the resulting Retex
Animate the budgetary processes and Medium Term Plan in line with the objectives defined by the Brands and the Region
Ensure the consistency of all the actions undertaken by the countries of the perimeter with regard to the guidelines and standards defined by the PSA Business units
Federate business contacts around issues, challenges and action plans of the countries
Represent the Brands and their programs in countries and vice versa; arbitrate according to the budgetary needs, the objectives
Implement the ambition of the Brands and Region in the Perimeter Countries to achieve the results in terms of :
oCustomer Satisfaction level
Main Tasks :
Analyze commercial and financial results (RBCV in bulk and unit / cash target)
know the markets of the countries of the zone to identify business opportunities
Validate the monthly objectives of deliveries, market shares, invoices, orders
Build and co-pilot action plans
Represent the Countries / Zone toward Brands and HQ
Support the PMT process, Budget and MAP
Be a guardian of the understanding and application of Marketing Operating Standards
Ensure the deployment of the Business Standards
Support our importers in the development of their activities including distribution networks
Master or MBA in Marketing and Sales with a minimal experience of 10 years
Your main qualities of rigor, customer contacts, ability to convince, team work, autonomy and your analytical and synthesis skills will be assets to carry out these missions.
You are open to others and able to understand different cultures.
You are results oriented and accept the evaluation of your achievements in relation to the objectives set.
A good level of English (oral and written) is required (minimum level 750 to TOEIC - less than two years old is mandatory).
