Project Manager supporting EMEA Customer Care Teams in the design, deployment and delivery of new programs, services, processes, and tools;
In addition to EMEA site level responsibilities for all launched programs.
This position involves working with one or many departments both directly in or connected to the Customer Care teams including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Call Centre Operations, Capacity Planning, Telecoms, IT, etc
Actively work on projects (requested by the Customer Care management team as well as external teams) which will facilitate the business attaining and surpassing its fiscal goals.
Leading the management and execution of cross-functional projects across many countries. This includes developing project goals that support the business objectives and developing and executing plans to meet the goals.
It also includes identifying and implementing process and productivity improvements Experience.
Develop plans for one or more large projects or a number of simultaneous smaller projects, ensuring that plans are in line with the overall OMS objectives.
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
Mix of analytical and creative skills with strong, structured Project Management skills and strong operational capability,
Customer Care / OMS & GBS business acumen desired
Diligence and attention to detail with a high quality of work output
Able to manage multitasking and multiple priorities
