Job Description
We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient Detective Controller to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow :
Responsible for the performance and quality of the mitigation for sales processes (called : Detective controls) for thermo technology business unit.
Main activities during performance of Detective Controls are :
Quality check of base process based on audit documentation.
Detection and reporting of errors to the responsible persons and initiation of corrective actions.
Creation and regular revision of working instructions for assigned customer.
Propose improvements for the process of detective controls.
Reporting of KPI’s.
Qualifications
Analytical, structured, curious with high curiosity and learning orientation;
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills;
Fluent in English, French and Arabic;
Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally;
Strong (advanced) Microsoft Office package knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team;
Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability;
