OINIS (Orange International Networks, Infrastructures and services) is the international entity responsible for the design, deployment, operation and protection of Orange international networks.
OINIS acts for the activities of the two divisions WIN and OBS.
With OINIS the GWEN entity (Global Wholesale & Enterprise Network) is responsible for the design planning, deployment, configuration and cost optimization of our international networks.
In GWEN, the Network Implementation and Access (NIA) MEA department is responsible for all our network activities in Middle East and Africa
As the head of OINIS MEA region you are responsible for OBS and WIN network strategy, efficiency and deployments for the region
about you
Engineering degrees or Business degrees +7 / 10 Years IT or Telecommunications. Leadership with strong agile experience.
Soft skills : Leadership, communication, negotiation skills, conflict resolution, flexibility, agility, benefice and goal focus and ability to work in technical and changing environment.
Technical this person will be the hierarchical manager of several technical teams. He should have an overall comprehension of all the technical activities (IT, transmission networks, Voice and Data networks, Software development) and the ability to understand the strategy of the entity and make sure all the teams are aligned with it
Financial As head of region this position is accountable for the access and domestic budget ( 100 M€ / year) and is also accountable to build and defend Business cases
People management this position is at the head of a team of 30 people located mainly in Morocco, Lebanon, Egypt, and Slovakia.
A solid management experience is required.
Communication Excellent Communication & Presentation skills. Ability to interface effectively with senior staff. Able to make quick and informed decisions within the delegated schedule of authority.
Ability to engage / partner with internal staff as required and sometimes with customers.

You will be managing a highly dynamic region, in a context of strong network transformation with WIN and OBS network convergences as well as strong technology disruptions (network virtualization and automation).
