Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards.
They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Maintain and develop the Quality Management according to IATF 16949 standard;
Execute key quality strategies consistent with plant performance and measures;
Implement, maintain (including reporting changes) and improve Business Operating System in his / her area of intervention, as well as in interaction with other areas / departments and EMEA guidelines;
Be in line with TE strategy map (e.g. extraordinary customer service) and Quality Policy;
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and legal regulations;
Support and guide employees to enable them to work safely, comply with regulations, TE policies and specifications and on achieving environmental sustainability goals;
Coordinate drawings materials for lots and deliver products in conformity with production;
Performs component aspect compliance audits during production;
Records the results of the checks and keep trace in the System;
identify traceability of the incriminated lot detected at the reception or during the production;
In case of process or product non-conformity, ensure root cause analysis and correctives actions implementation
Ensure daily reporting of CPOQ and Defect follow up
Train line inspectors’ team and operators according to quality standard
Conduct QRQC meeting
Have the authority to stop Shipment and production in case of quality issue
Execute the activities corresponding to 5 S’s
Preparation of incoming inspection documentation;
Member of the team in case of new project;
Member of the team for preparation or update of P-FMEA;
Methodical support for LI and production in case of supplier quality issue;
Cooperates with
Cooperation with business team in the specific department and with other department according to the needs;
for new / updated processes and products;
What your background should look like :
Bachelor’s Degree in quality management;
Years of Exp : 3+ years of inspection experience
Experience in automotive business
Experience with injection molding and assembly process advantageous
