In order to face a growing activity, we are looking for a community manager to expand and reinforce our global social media presence.
Working closely with the Social Media & Content Marketing Team, you will take part in the definition and implementation of our products’ social media strategy internationally.
More specifically, you will :
Manage all social media posts for our services in line with the editorial strategy of each product vertical (search for ideas, writing and scheduling posts )
Assist in the creation of original and engaging content for our social media platforms
Analyze and monitor social media KPIs to identify relevant insights and suggest content optimization
Manage online reputation, content moderation and customer care
Participate in the implementation of social ads campaigns
You have a sweet spot for editorial content and have the ability to deliver creative ideas and materials (text, image, video )
You are curious, creative, very thorough and enjoy working in a team
You have excellent writing and analytical skills
Experience or knowledge in social media as well as graphic design tools is a big plus
A good level of English is required
