CUSTOMER RETENTION CONSULTANT

Overall spec of job role is to drive incremental business from sales of customer retention products and provide administration regarding Finance & Insurance and monthly audits.

  • Service plans quote every retail opportunity and drive sales. 50% conversion minimum standard for sales vs quotes.
  • Connected Car Via introduction at point of sale, help customer set up My Peugeot app’ which makes connecting car on handover easier.
  • Minimum standard - 60% + of eligible customers to have app’

  • Renewal activity run daily VCOM report for service diary and prospect eligible customers for renewal. Also lock down and call all early settlement requests and manage E Masters’ administration.
  • Prospecting where time permits, look to prospect OBO opportunities to create appointments for the sales team.
  • Responsible for all finance document signing both in Centre and remotely. Also for set up of Insurance Car Care products.
  • Internal monthly Ingeni audit submitted to Head Office in good time. Also manage any corrections required.
  • Manage external Ingeni audit and ensure correct standards are met. Implement process changes where required.
  • Assist as an overflow for car sales as and when demand dictates.
  • Upload customer collection photos from sales team Watsapp group to Social Media channels.
