Support the property on implementation of marketing strategies. Responsible for executing marketing / digital tactics as assigned based on key initiatives and strategies.
Verify that all activities are in alignment with marketing functions, and outlets are provided the support needed for successful implementation of the marketing plans
Assist in development and distribution of marketing campaigns and submit details to applicable channels.
Support F&B campaigns with promotion / offer submission
Audit websites for correct information on a regular basis and provide updates where needed.
Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
Manage the digital asset (photography and video) submission process, including receiving images from photographers correctly loading assets in Marriott’s internal asset management system.
Manage Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies
Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner
Prepare marketing promotion / campaign reports for review using internal reporting tools.
Stay up to date on marketing / digital trends.
Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to design, create and revise collaterals.
