DRH Production Plant / Head of HR CasablancaMA-08-Casablanca-CAS000020

Your tasks :

Act as Head of HR of a production site and key pointof contact for all HR related matters for the site senior management team

Lead the HR organization of the site ensure efficientcommunication with and development of your staff

Understand the needs of the internal and external customersand ensure these are adressed effectively in terms of HR matters

Support development and implementation of the strategyfor the site, in alignment with the overall strategy

Ensure effective internal and external recruitment forkey positions

Foster performance and talent management and advise oncreation of high-performance teams

Drive implementation of corporate HR programs andactivities and participate in business and HR programs

Foster the company culture, boost inclusion anddiversity and ensure implementation of our corporate values

Your skills :

  • University degree in economics, psychology, law orequivalent
  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR leadershiproles, preferably in automotive industry
  • 3+ years of international working experience in amatrix organization
  • Skilled in standard IT applications (e.g. MS Office,SuccessFactors)
  • Fluent in Arabic, French and English, any otherlanguage is an asset
