Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Product Pricing Teams determine the price of new and existing products by evaluating cost, marketplace, competitor data, economic conditions, volume, and quality of the product, as well as market positioning.

The job holder will be the internal business partner for Accounts Receivables (AR), COT and all kinds of adders in Pricing with a focus on data transparency and proactive involvement.

The role is critical to drive performance in AR, COT and Pricing adders.

  • 4+ years of experience in pricing or equivalent type role.
  • 4-year degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Harvesting data from additional sources.
  • Downloading & uploading pricing to ERP Systems.
  • Understand and use SQL, Tableau and other software to manage data.
  • Create transparency in AR structure and actively drive reduction of overdues and bad debts.
  • Implementation of Pricing adders (Metal, Resins, freight .).
  • Use advanced analytics to identify problem and opportunity.
  • Develop / improve reporting on metrics.
  • Reporting of Pricing Adder impacts.
  • Provide complete COT analytics.
  • Drive actively COT billing on time.
  • Business partner for AR topics in collaboration with the FSSC.
  • Collaborate on defining process and drive system optimization (TEOA).
  • Contribute to developing strategy and KPI’s that aligns with business objectives and market dynamics.
