We are looking for an Experienced Hardware Automotive Engineer to join our teams in our R&D center in Rabat / Salé!

As an Experienced HW Engineer, you will report directly to the Hardware Development Engineering Manager. You wil be in charge of designing electronic circuits for automotive application.

as well as analyzing the robustness of the circuit design. You will also need to follow the Hardware Cycle V development process.

Your Missions

  • Design electronic board according automotive customer specification.
  • Monitor robust design tasks (WCCA, DFMEA, CAD simulations) : all projects to fulfill 100% of Design Robustness Analysis Audit checklist
  • Release needed documentation to other engineering team : SW, PCB, Mechanical, Manufacturing.
  • Follow Lear standard process to execute projects phases on time and with high level quality.
  • Coordinate Hardware project teams.
  • Work closely with PCB layout engineers to be sure the board is compliant to Design constraints.
  • Promote and drive generation of Lessons Learned on issues affecting Hardware development
  • To Be Successful For This Role

  • Good knowledge in Analog Electronic skills
  • Good knowledge in Electronic Circuit Worst case analysis (WCCA)
  • Good knowledge in Design FMEA concepts
  • Schematic design : Mentor graphic DxDesigner
  • Circuit simulation (DC, AC, MonterCarlo).
  • EMC according automotive standards
  • Functional safety ISO26262 is a plus
  • Data management (SVN)
  • Effective experience 4 to 5 years in electronic design leading successful Hardware electronics development projects.
  • English
  • German (nice to have)
