HR development : ensures the management of talents, defines the training policy, initiates and supports change, etc.
Oversees personnel administration : ensures payroll compliance, C&B strategy, etc.
Compliance and Employee Relations : ensures compliance with federal, state / province, and local regulations
Ensures the management of his / her sector : training, professional development, identification of valuable employees
