In accordance with their vision and strategy, my client is looking for a Group / Divisional Head managing the local Morocco office, ensuring the management of the local team and monitoring local distributors of the country.
In essence, this person would be fully responsible for overall business management.
This position would align completely with a professional who is keen to drive the ongoing success of this division, shape the future expansion of the department, and lead a dynamic team through important upcoming changes and continuing success of the business.
Distribution Management, supervise and control the commercial supply chain team and activity progress
Implement Key Performance Indicators as set up with Commercial and Industrial Affairs departments
Introduce and implement a high level of customer service contributing to maximize business opportunity
Developing competitive business and commercial strategy in line with company plans and developing robust approaches to the ongoing success of distribution and customer network
Leading the division to pioneer novel approaches aligned to customer channel preferences, ensuring business continuity and growth
Leading, inspiring, and shaping the division in accordance with the business goals, these include finance, sales, marketing and distribution
Working closely with local, regional and global key stakeholder to exchange knowledge, methodology and ideas on a strategic level and optimise performance
Oversee of financial information; ensure necessary systems / controls are in place for a timely and accurate compilation of financial results
Develop, implement, and ensure good ethical practices and compliance within-group and internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
You will bring to the role :
Degree level education (or equivalent) in Life Sciences or Business
Previous experience in the field of medical diagnostics or devices
Experience of leading a group of finance, marketing, and sales / commercial professionals (including second-line managers) within a field-based pharmaceutical organisation
Enthusiastic, inspirational leadership profile, adaptability, and high-level entrepreneurial mind-set
