About this Opportunity

Come and join us as Domain Commercial Manager and be part of Ericsson Strategy and Commercial Management Techno Commercial team in Market Area Middle East and Africa and lead Win Plan workshops, techno commercial workshops and define negotiation strategy and tactics to win.

The Domain Commercial Manager plays a business-critical role in building best-in-class technical and commercial assets that help design winning propositions and robust commercial structure that delivers best value for money for the customer.

You will

  • Serve as Trusted Advisor : A go to person for specialist techno-commercial guidance and strategic commercial positioning.
  • Together with support of cross-functional experts bring technical, commercial, and tactical insights on 4G / 5G RAN, Core, Cloud, NFVI, Services, Serviceability and other key product portfolio in customer engagements, deals, contract reviews across CU.

  • Lead the relationship and be a close business partner to Domain, Commercial Management, Sales organization across the CU and business area.
  • Drive the winning offer : To ensure best proposal is crafted by providing techno-commercial insights and mentorship on barebone prioritization, best commercial models, market price benchmarks, negotiation tactics, T&Cs adaptations, competitor insights and intelligence.
  • Industrialize Best Practices : Drive Techno - Commercial excellence by developing a rich suite of Smart Commercials, tools, tactics, value argumentations, best practices that help deliver differentiation, establish thought leadership, and increase the quality and maximize qualifications of customer engagements
  • To be successful in the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. / B.A.) and MBA preferred
  • Min 10-12 Years of proven experience of commercial modeling and negotiations of complex offers
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Financially astute with commercial & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and be operationally rigorous
  • Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
  • Challenger attitude and mindset
  • High collaboration skills.
