As a Delivery Management Analyst on our Services team, you will nurture the growth of our Services practice.
Role Description :
As a Delivery Management Analyst, you will manage various tasks of post-sales Services engagements across EMEA. You will support multiple tactical engagements that vary in size, domain, and use cases across their entire lifecycle.
In addition to administrating task execution, you may communicate status and manage risks and issues.
Your Impact and Responsibilities :
Provide Project Management Office (PMO) support on multiple customer projects simultaneously
Manage initial project planning and closure, as well as internal staffing, revenue, and timesheet approvals
Manage basic delivery engagements remotely in combination with the regional account and delivery teams
Work closely as part of the project team and provide assistance with tasks and execution
Support delivery of MuleSoft engagements using agile or waterfall methodology
Plan, track, and report project task executions and communicate status to all stakeholders
Manage issues and risks, tracking to resolution
Minimum Requirements :
BS or MS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Business, or equivalent work experience
Project management or project management operations experience; certifications such as PMP or Scrum desirable
Be able work independently and under leadership direction
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven time management and prioritization skills
Passionate about working in a multi-functional team environment
Demonstrated basic knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies
Demonstrated ability to effectively use project and client management tools ( Jira, Confluence)
Strong skills on core office productivity tools ( GSuite, MS Office, etc.)
