Field Service Engineer / Technician Processing
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer / Technician who will be responsible on performing short term and site based planning, executing planned / corrective maintenance maintenance and adjusting and trouble shooting control systems to certain levels of complexity.
This is a local contract to be based in Casablanca and require a lot of travelling in the future.
What you will do
As a Field Service Engineer / Technician Processing, you will :
Execute Capital Equipment installations at customer sites according to the ItP process. Be able to act as site responsible for L1 and L2 Capital Equipment installations at customer sites according to the ItP process.
Execute, plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities, ensuring agreed performance of Tetra Pak lines and reinstate lines into production according to procedures.
Execute installation of relevant rebuilding kits / upgrades according to procedures and reinstate lines into production.
Execute analysis and troubleshoot to resolve mechanical and automation issues and conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems to enable permanent resolution.
Promptly report and mange all discovered Technical Issues according to the QTIM process and, when needed, escalate to next appropriate level in a timely manner providing a proper problem description to ensure rapid resolution.
Inform relevant Tetra Pak Field Staff about ongoing service activities as well as of any issues affecting the customer or the quality of Tetra Pak service and participate actively in looking for business opportunities and share them with technical sales responsible (e.
g. TKAM). Suggest solutions and support technical sales activities.
Conduct relevant customer training and participate in building good relationships with customer staff and relevant colleagues in own Market Company.
Execute and complete all relevant reports in an accurate and timely way. Distribute reports according to existing procedures and ensure that proper handover is done and maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all relevant technical documentation.
Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team.
Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, to ensure good working relationships with the customer and that TP’s reputation is sustained.
Share knowledge and support the building of skills of TP colleagues.
Who you are
We believe you have :
University Bachelor in automation, process or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
5 years experience in Installations, maintenance and / or service work ( Example of previous positions : Service Engineer from another company, Service Engineer C, Development Engineer).
Willingness to travel in 50% of your working time.
Good leadership skills to be ready to start acting as site responsible for L1 and L2 Capital Equipment installations if relevant
Relevant experience in the food industry.
Proactive and pragmatic attitude with a strong hands-on, getting-things-done mentality.
Business minded with ability to understand the dimensions of business strategy, activities, performance and direction.
