As Recruitment Executive you will support and coordinate the recruitment process for the Morocco office. Internally, with the Head of Recruiting, you will actively participate in the company talent management.

You will be the main point of contact with different stockholders in the Morocco office.

You will work under the direct supervision of the Head of Recruiting, while working very closely with the COO, local Country Managers, and the Infomineo service team to ensure targets are met within the recruiting team.

1. Recruitment Process

  • Post the job description on the different platforms (Referrals, social media / universities)
  • Screen the CVs and conduct phone screening
  • Conduct the HR interviews and preparing meetings for the Managers for the technical interviews
  • Manage the pool of interviews from the core team
  • Collect the reference check
  • Review all recruitment changes and updates with the Head of recruiting
  • 2. Campus and Employer Branding Management

  • Support with managing a relationship with contacts from key universities for career days / ’ jobs fairs and shadowing days
  • Facilitate local job fair with the different universities
  • Manage the job shadowing and the internship program with certain universities
  • Partner with the Head of Recruitment and Marketing to share updates about our recruitment needs in the region
  • 3. Direct Approach Recruitment

  • Ensure thorough understanding of the core skills needed for each junior-level recruitment need by leveraging different channels and sources (LinkedIn groups, Facebook group, jobs board etc) and continue to nurture and develop these sources
  • 4. Recruitment Digital Tools (Digitalization)

  • Update and follow up on the communication with the candidates through the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Manage the Admin user and the IT related issues with the support team of workable
  • Train new interviewers on the ATS tool and share the best practices with all the different users (search tool, using data analysis reports)
  • Transfer the new hires from workable and update HRIS (BambooHR system) with the new hire informatio
  • Send the new hire onboarding checklist from the HRIS system
  • Who are you

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years in recruitment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business; HR
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills (Reporting)
  • Good project management skills (Ability to prioritize and complete projects with deadline)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Self-starter who can work independently, and is able to work well under-pressure
  • Good organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and French (other languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of local employment / hiring policies and best practices would be a plus
