Ø Position holder is the HR partner of an accounting shared service.
Ø Position is responsible for the professional support of the full HR scope functions, mainly on admin tasks; General HR, recruitment, on-boarding, training and Admin.
Ø Position is responsible for agreed reports, and KPI updates.
Ø Employees’ record keeping.
Ø Managing and keeping track of the project delivery
Ø Being a trusted part of the HR team, always ensuring high ethics and values.
Ø Supporting on recruitment : Mainly on Job postings, Screening and / or inviting for interviews, and performing in-person / phone interviews when needed.
Ø Ensuring the update of HC list.
Ø Welcoming new joiners and coordinating their on-boarding
Ø Ensuring a quality HR services delivery and HR tracking.
Ø Coordinating the full admin on-boarding process per SOP
Ø Making IT requests and reports
Ø Assisting Payroll&HR Coordinator on UIDs, Time&Attendance, reports
Ø Coordinating the admin tasks such as insurances, admin letters etc.
Ø Maintaining employees’ files, archive, keeping it updated with no duplicates
Ø Handling relevant HR related POs
Ø Assisting in developing trainings and the related arrangements
Ø Implementing all HR back office processes and support services in alignment with organisations goal
Ø Arrange for HR meetings
Ø Participating in HR projects
Ø Other duties as required
We are looking for
Ø Requires a college / university degree (bac+4) preferably in human resources or general management
Ø Requires at least 3 years’ experience in admin / human resources function
Ø Recruiting, interviewing, and screening skills
Ø Administrative Skills : Compile statistics, File maintenance, Correspondence skills, Phone Etiquette, Interpersonal skills
Ø Good communication skills, ability to exercise discretion and good judgment
Ø High drive, self-motivating, detail oriented
Ø IT literate, good knowledge of MS Office, HR and T&A systems, as well as communication platforms a plus
Ø Requires good verbal and written communications skills in English & French.
Ø Being presentable and Professional to reflect the good image of the company.
