As a customer support agent you are responsible for a good relationship between you and the customer.
With your voice and a nice offer you put a smile on the face of the customer.
You love to help people solve their problems and provide a suitable solution to the customers.
Helping and advising the customer where necessary.
Very good oral and written knowledge of the Dutch language.
You learn quickly, you are good at multitasking and you can react quickly and adequately.
Proven skills in interpersonal communication.
Service-oriented trait; kindness should be second nature to you.
Has a pleasant telephone voice.
Loves competition, and preferably likes to win.
Basic computer skills.
Experience as a call agent is not a must, but it is an extra asset.
An attractive fixed salary
