The Director of Sales is responsible for total room, banquet, catering, and Spa revenue, yield strategies, implementation and accountable to a market performance and meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.

Strategies to include market mix, pricing, status, and direct sales. The development and solicitation of business from all markets to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation for the hotel.

Qualifications :

  • 3 to 4 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area. And min two years experience in the same position.
  • Knowledge of the local market
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry
  • A passion for sales and target-based performance
  • Relevant degree, in sales, business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution
