In the role of HR Administrator at Cabinet Marchiche, you will help provide support to all employees across the organization in order to drive our business forward.
You will gain broad exposure to many facets of HR through various tasks related to core HR processes such as administration, new hire onboarding, and employee relations.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with reactivity, professionalism and confidentiality.
We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organized and able to think critically.
Roles & Responsibilities
On-boarding administration (including but not limited to contract preparation, track progress, and all necessary arrangements)
Own the HR life cycle, from onboarding to contract management, preparation of administrative documents, and offboarding
Answer employee inquiries and complaints and create a positive employee experience
Medical and social benefits administration
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years' experience in a similar role
Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in English and French (both verbal and written)
Maintain strict confidentiality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of work
Team player & able to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with clients / colleagues / suppliers at all levels
Good knowledge of employment / labor laws, and excellent knowledge of HR policies and practice.
This position requires the ability to understand customer requirements and complete tasks in time with quality, constantly focusing on improvements of own processes.
