Group Procurement Manager
Purchasing and Logistics
Develop effective and efficient procurement strategies, working closely with the category managers and manufacturing and quality teams.
Identify and implement cost savings projects which meet or exceed company objectives.
Manage on-going suppliers performance to meet or exceed all metrics regarding service, performance, quality, cost and sustainability.
Provide support regarding material shortage, quality issues (claims), saving projects, and new products introduction.
Implement the Procure to Pay process on site and work closely with internal stakeholders from the initial demand to the contract with suppliers.
Support all types of reporting needed to measure the procurement performance of the BU s.
Define and lead the continuous improvement policy, applying the best practices at all levels and aiming the Purchasing Excellence.
The ideal candidate has a Master s degree in Business or Engineering, with at least 15 years of experience as Group Procurement Manager, ideally in FMCG Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
Extensive experience in international complex matrix environment.
An expert in strategic planning and resource allocation with a solid experience in worldwide negotiations with providers.
English and French Proficiency.
Advanced user of office tools (MS OFFICE) specially excel (macros) / Power Point and knowledge of ERP systems, Power BI, SAP.
