About this Role :

We are looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial, communicative and goal driven professional ready to support the Expert Network Services Business line.

You will work in an international, fast-paced and goal oriented environment and be responsible for driving and supporting all business development and marketing related activities.

What you will do

  • You will identify potential prospects, from new client organizations and existing accounts
  • You will identify power users among existing accounts and new organizations
  • You will gather company and prospect information from own initiative (e.g. conference attendees, investor databases, google search etc.)
  • You will initiate contact with prospects - Via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • You will conduct sales calls with power users and convince them of the value of InfoMEA expert network services
  • You will maintain regular contact with potential clients (power users), using phone, email and LinkedIn as appropriate
  • You will support all business development executives on requests relating to expert network services (proposal writing, marketing materials, proper logging on the platform)
  • You will log all sales activities on the CRM platform
  • You will manage and report on the pipeline on all potential new business for expert network services business line
  • You will provide weekly and monthly reports on existing projects and incoming business. Support all business controlling activities
  • You will manage, and draft contracts related to the expert network business line
  • You will review and manage the database of past clients and projects
  • You will support reaching out to experts to engage them for Infomineo internal projects (website, newsletter, social media) to attract future business
  • You will support the preparation of training materials for business development on expert network service line
  • You will support drafting of process documents and templates for business development
  • In liaison with the marketing department, you will review and update all existing marketing materials for the expert network
  • You will create collateral packs (sector-specific or work-type specific presentations for potential clients)
  • Who you are

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree holder in Business or Economics
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in B2B services, business development or consulting environment
  • You have entrepreneurial spirit and self-drive to achieve results and to innovate
  • You are professional, personable and persistent
  • You are reactive, resourceful in developing the business
  • You have excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills (especially over the phone)
  • You are a quick learner and highly self-driven and motivated
  • You have the ability to quickly acquire and compile necessary information in a concise and presentable manner
  • You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and work under tight deadlines
  • You have previous exposure to multicultural environments and working with remote teams
  • You have full proficiency in English and French - additional languages are a plus
  • You are interested in Africa and the Middle East
  • Experience with CRM platforms is a plus (salesforce, hubspot)
