Responsible for recruiting, training and managing authorized resellers to sell company products and services in geographic areas or named accounts.

Company representative to resellers to maximize revenue through all sales-oriented activities including adding value to products, support of sales promotions, advertising and marketing activities.


Identify and pursue new business through effective management of reseller / distributor representative companies and associates.

Achieve business revenue objectives by assigned reseller entity.

Assure reps are educated on our products

Integrate brick & mortar strategies with online and new media marketing and sales strategies to enhance our sales and enhance the reputation and effectiveness of our distributors.

Track and monitor end-user customer satisfaction to retain business and execute marketing and promotions strategies to achieve or exceed new sales revenue targets.

Completes administrative reporting accurately and on time and accurately forecasts revenues.

  • Responsible to keep regular relations with key end customers in the region
  • Conduct technical roadshows, seminars and personal visits to end customers to generate demand, as well as ensuring promotional and new product campaigns are executed at distributor and second tier
  • Forecast and funnel growth
  • Develop a deep knowledge of local Key Accounts in term of their organization, spending and projects for T&M
  • make customers visits and provide sales presentations for all Fluke Industrial Group product lines
  • Master the basic features and benefits of our primary products.
  • Know local company players in our Test and Measurement industry and evaluate them where required. Gathers information of market and competition to proactively develop and maintain distributor’s strategy.
  • Implements the distribution channel collaborating strategy for distributors in cooperation with the (regional) sales manager.
  • develops new distribution accounts and maintains durable relationship with distributors
  • Coordinates company’s resources (MarCom, Technical Support etc.) to reach his objectives where appropriate;

    Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

    Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise

    You will work towards achieving business goals and will be measured on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. As such, you will be required to maintain accurate, timely forecasts, Channel Partner commitment and Funnel reports and provide monthly business reports.


    Normally receive little instructions on the day-to-day work.

    Job Requirements & EXPERIENCE

    Typically requires a minimum of five years of related experience.

  • Fluent in French, Arabic and English, all verbally and written.
  • Bachelor Degree in electronic engineering or equivalent
  • Customer friendly attitude and a minimum of 5 years successful sales experience and if possible business partner management experience
  • Ability to translate technical product information into strong customer value propositions
  • Proven experience of engaging directly with customers.
  • Excellent Sales Skills from Prospecting to Closing.
  • Good Communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of the Electrical Market and Test & Measurement industry and players / competitors
  • Strong team player with the ability to work successfully in a multicultural organization
  • Significant travel in NA
  • Proven legal Compliance record
  • Driving License
  • To be based in either Morocco or Algeria
