Be responsible for HR Operations Services mailbox, processing (HR SAP) requests swiftly and efficiently.
Maintain and manage the EMEA Organizational Structure in SAP HCM; creating, updating and modifying positions, position titles, cost centers, job codes, work locations, staff functions and organizational units.
Serve as a junior consultant for HR professionals across the region on SAP HR related questions.
Test updates, enhancements and system changes before go-live.
Assist with EMEA HR reporting and analytics
Experienced with SAP, up to 2 years, especially the SAP HCM module.
Technically savvy, with a good understanding of (HR) IT systems.
Experienced in Human Resources.
Able to network and navigate within the HR organization effectively.
Able to prioritize and work under time pressure.
Action oriented and able to deal with ambiguity.
Able to work independently.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and VBA.
Fluent in English, required to facilitate communication between the business and HR professionals around the world.
Fluent in French, required to communicate with our locations in Morocco and France.
Speaking one or more of the following languages; Spanish, English
