Sales Coordinator The Sales Coordinator provides ongoing support and reinforcement to sales representatives and ensures the deployment of the Sales Action Plan and all administrative tasks of the Department.

Summer of responsabilities :

Reporting to the Sales Manager,responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to thefollowing :

  • Provide administrative support and develop commercial correspondences of theSales and Marketing Director;
  • Organize meetings for the sales team;
  • Coordinate all administrative actions of the Service;
  • Create and maintain the filing system;
  • Classify documents and correspondence;
  • Keep the attendance register and manage the team's leave schedule;
  • Centralize partner billing management;
  • Write the CRs of departmental meetings and distribute them to the concernedparties;
  • Send individual brochures and masses;
  • Check the filling of the brochure stand;
  • Update the files and contracts, annual schedule of activities;
  • Update the list of events and conventions;
  • Plan and organize vendors' trips outside the hotel;
  • Organization of fam trips (agencies and corporate);
  • Respond to telephone calls from the Service with professionalism;
  • Produce daily statistics (PM, TO, nights, segment nights, ...);
  • Produce closing statistics at the end of the month, transaction analysisreports and compare them with the previous year month by month;
  • Establish formats for correspondence and contracts;
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments the management of the stock of brochures;
  • Make hotlines for the service;
  • Coordinate, or lead in the absence of his superiors, the Hotel's inspections.
  • Manage the database partners and prospects;
  • Manage mailings and e-mailings;
  • To know perfectly the competition, the events and the demonstrations of theCity of Marrakech;
  • Other tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • Mastery of the French and English language (written andspoken)
  • Mastery of the Arabic language
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an ever-changingand challenging environment
  • Ability to focus on customer needs, staying calm andcourteous at all times
  • Previous experience in customer service an asset
  • Previous experience using a PMS system an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
  • Beautiful professional presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solvingskills
  • Particularly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in afast-paced environment
  • The ability to work in a team
