This objective it’s only reachable with talented people like you!YOUR MISSIONIntegrated on the operations area this person will be responsible for organize, plan and monitor production in order to achieve the company strategical and operational objectives.

At the same time will be an active partner on continuous improvement processes while respecting the local regulations and the constraints in terms of safety, quality, deadlines, costs.

YOUR MAIN ROLE WITH US Define human and material resources and manage the production teams, (load per position, distribution of daily work, versatility, training, etc.

to carry out the production plan;Analyze failures and malfunctions and propose solutions, in conjunction with the concerned departments, to stabilize the manufacturing process;

Guarantee the Quality, Cost, Time of manufacturing and minimize losses due to production stoppages or quality defects;Develop the necessary instructions and procedures and check their updating and application;

Contribute permanently to activities related to the continuous improvement of the injection process and maintenance;Identify, promote and participate on the development of skills of the team;

Supervise the intervention of service providers (subcontractors, equipment manufacturers, spare parts manufacturers) and organize cooperation with internal teams;

Be a strategic partner on motivation of production teams; WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Degree in Engineering;5 years experience (ideally in the automotive industry / injection experience would be desirable);

Technical skills : Mechanics, automation, electricity;Mastery of tools related to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing;
