This is an exciting opportunity to join Lear Corporation Meknes and be part of the launching of our new wiring plant. It is the mission of the Training & Recruitment Responsible to ensure that the plant has the people it needs, in terms of talent and attitude, able to offer a high performance in order to meet the goals of the Company.

Also to Identify and analyze training needs, according to the economic and social policy of the company and the technological evolution.

The main missions are :

  • Develops, elaborates and negotiates training plan
  • Oversee the planning and organization of internal and external training (calendar, constitution groups, organization and logistics)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training.
  • Ensure follow-up training budgets
  • Supervise and manage the team of trainers
  • Define recruitment needs
  • Monitor and implement the recruitment plan
  • Ensure the implementation schedules for the integration of new recruits
  • Design and development of training modules
  • Oversee the certification of operators
  • Ensure for the production skilled human resources after an integration planning or recycling training.
  • Coordinates the planning and the follow up of the integration of all new hires
  • Profil :

  • Bac+3 / 5 Management or Human Ressources
  • 3 Years minimum experience in similar position
  • Fluent English mandatory
