Responsible for managing Delivery, Sales and Margin of Fixed Networks business primarily with Algerie telecom and potential other account engagements in Algeria as required
Executes project, monitor and control progress against baseline plan, ensures timely planning, quality assurance and end to end change management control
Supervises delivery via orchestrating the activities of PMs, Operations, Engineering and Technical resources as required
Defines and implements project execution strategy including equipment delivery
Proposes business development initiatives through identifying new opportunities
Manages effectively the necessary Project Metrics together with PMO (e.g. Estimated Effort, Cost to Complete, Risk reserves, Cost at Completion)
Ensure compliance of resources with project execution and escalate any issue
Manages people within the Project team, wider stakeholders efficiently, reviews the performance weekly and conducts regular team meetings
Manages customer relationship in the scope of project execution.
Ensures customer input sign-off of completed deliverables and formal customer acceptance of project completion
Ensure that the project is delivered within the approved budget and profitability forecast, focusing on continuous improvement
Identify technical risks and manage them as part of standard Risk management
Propose corrective action plans and escalate accordingly using existing change management plan
Provide information on Business opportunities
Flag any deviation (change order management and claim management)
Monitor and manages customer expectations in line with the Customer Delivery Manager, Account Management and CT key stakeholders

Understands Fixed access products related to the project at an appropriate technical level, Civil work experience in FTTx projects is a plus
Have previous experience with managing large customer engagements and similar project complexity.
Ability to use the PM tools appropriately to facilitate recording, processing communicating and archiving project progress.
Understands the required process steps for implementing the project.
In line with PMBOK® and NOKIA Project Management processes, prepare Project Management Plans and project phase plans for the Projects.
Implements mitigation and contingency plans in anticipation of potential problems. Prepare resource forecast
Project management skills with Proven experience of delivering complex projects that involve FN products
Good understanding of Business and financial terms
Customer Focus, and capable to build and maintain excellent customer relationship
Able to manage complex service scopes of technology transformation and legacy networks modernization
Excellent communication and presentation skills
