Context and responsibilities

1.VENDOR ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT -BCP status :

  • Coordination between Shared Service Center and Business Units
  • Invoices checking and posting -Invoices posting process verification
  • Solving posting issues / SAP workflows issues
  • SAP induction training to business colleagues
  • Transfers and checks preparation
  • Supplier's payment process
  • 2. EXPENSE REPORTS PROCESS :

  • Expense Reports weekly payments
  • Employees accounts analysis and Clearing
  • Permanent / Temporary advances posting
  • 3. EXPORT & IMPORT PROCESS :

  • Import and Export invoices posting
  • Subsequent debits posting and payment
  • Customs checks preparation
  • Follow-up of the cost of import calculation
  • Customs account analysis and Clearing
  • 4. FISCAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • VAT and WHT monthly calculation and declaration
  • VAT and WHT payment
  • Preparation of checks for others taxes
  • Taxes accounts analysis and clearing
  • Preparation of Annual Declaration of Remunerations paid to non-residents
  • Preparation of Annual Declaration of Remunerations paid to doctors
  • Preparation of Annual Declaration of Honorariums
  • Tax Certificate annual process
  • 5. MONTH END CLOSING :

  • Accruals follow-up and posting
  • Bank Transactions posting according to accounting allocation
  • Bank Account clearing and analysis -Grants and Donations follow-up
  • Product donations stock tracking
  • GSD Register update with supporting documents
  • 6. OTHERS RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Fixed Asset Creation on SAP and register update
  • Fixed Assets annual inventory
  • Stock annual inventory
  • Preparation of documents and Accounts analysis for Auditing process Objectives

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Ability of working in an international matrix organization across functions and cultures
  • Communication skills ability to influence at all levels and to position / sell ideas to client group and manage
  • High level of business ethics
  • Project management skills
  • Analytical and deductive skills
  • Team spirit and high self-motivation
  • Strong command of English and French
