Job Description
We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient "Automotive Aftermarkets Workshop concept Manager f / m" to join our team.
You will work closely to coordinate and complete position's tasks as follow :
Handle general customer queries,
Develop and lead concept strategy by establishing mid and long term business plan,
Analyze competitors’ activities and assess opportunities for business development,
Develop and expand the national deal partners network,
Set-up, Lead and deploy strategic cooperation with key partners,
Formulate and implement specific strategy in defined focused countries in alignment with the Regional sales organization, Workshop Concepts and Service department and relevant supporting departments,
Organize, lead and participate in regular and Ad Hoc meetings,
Report to Head of Workshop Concepts Africa.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent,
Fluent in French and English (Speak, read and write),
Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook,
Strong analytical approach with attention to accuracy & detail,
Organization Skills,
High efficiency on time management, strong communication skills, ability to build sustainable relationships
Minimum of 10 years in Business Management,
SAP knowledge and experience advantageous,
Technical understanding of the automotive industry is a plus,
Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
