TL Facility Maintenance
Main Responsibilities / Tasks :
Clearly define the scope of managed operations
Participate in definition and ensure consistent execution of operational procedures
Pick up and prioritize Service Requests & Incidents
Realization of tasks
Monitoring and regular data back-up of systems
Approve, create, manage, maintain IT continuity plans
Administrate and manage user identity and access to IT systems
Implement & ensure security protection
Manage the aspects and maintain the measures for reliability of environmental factors
Ensures the maintenance of all facility equipment (forklifts, electrical pallet stackers, etc.) and systems, internal or by external suppliers according to requirements (standards)
Ensures all facility activities, for new buildings, modification of existing ones, utilities, cooling, heating, energy, lighting, internal or by external suppliers, according to requirements (standards)
Establishes the tools required in order to perform the facility activities
Ensures planning activities and optimization of spare parts stock for facility equipment
Establishes the spare part list required for planned maintenance of facility equipment
Manages and ensures the evaluation activities of repairs reports and takes the necessary actions for preventive maintenance in order to eliminate unplanned repairs for facility equipment
Is responsible for the layout of the factory building including exterior and warehouses (walls, access ways, doors, hydrants, etc.)
University degree in a related field, such as facility management, business, information management, or engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills : Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, Teamworking
