Your missions :

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction in consideration of the company / department goals and strategy
  • Managing the quotation preparation (Request for Quotation / RFI, collection of information)
  • Managing the competitive quotation to customer
  • Managing the commercials for the customer in regards of pricing, BP s, change management and claims
  • Overtaking and management of the concerns and interests of the customer
  • Management of day-to-day sales activities (pricing, negotiations, project related, free cash flow, overdues)
  • Negotiation of project contracts and ensures alignment with legal requirements
  • Customer care (Key contact person for customers, customer visits, negotiations)
  • Tracking of critical situations within customer
  • Escalates according to defined escalation paths
  • Your skills :

  • Global management understanding
  • Customer and Market Knowledge (Automotive, CV and / or Off-Road)
  • Strong economic understanding
  • Strong communication and negotiation
  • Master degree in business management / Finance / International Business from a Business School
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same field ( industrial )
  • Product Knowledge
  • Sales KPI
  • Knowledge of Customer Requirements
  • Production Process Knowledge
  • Offer & Calculation Process Knowledge
  • Business Plan Knowledge (Structure, Dependencies, Parameters, Assumptions)
