Our client operate in IT sector, is currently looking for a Sales Manager M / F.
As a Sales Manager, you will report to the Business Manager and will have the following missions :
Drive Value Distribution sales plans execution;
Drive organization deployment & competencies alignment in entities (in cooperation with Volume distribution sales mgr) ;
Oversee the hiring of key individuals in business & sales management roles in the entities;
Deploy compensation model in entities reflecting company business intent ;
Drive establishment of a systematic way of managing sales funnel and overall business forecast aligned with the POM model ;
Manage War room for Value Distribution ;
Instill a culture of sales discipline, sense of accountability and respects of commitments and deadlines ;
Manage / coach Channel Management leaders on Value Distribution fundamentals ;
Support entities for channel development & mgt activities ;
Be a role model for all employees around company culture and values ;
Play a key role in vendors / suppliers relationship as the owner of the "sales delivery engine" of the Value distribution Business sales business unit.
Specific skills / competencies necessary for performing the function / roles
You have a commercial or engineering degree from a renowned school with very good oral & written communication skills, both in French and English.
9 - 15 years of proven experience in sales and sales management, ideally in the distribution of IT solutions (Soft- & Hardware) ;
5 years of proven experience in sales mgt is a must ;
Information Technology understanding ;
Middle east and Africa understanding / experience ;
Strong Sales management skills in multicounty distribution business ;
Good understanding of sales in value distribution and evolution toward commoditization.
