Offer Category Manager Secure Power Services -0078PT

  • Deliver offer categories’ growth
  • Accountable for the offer’s growth and profitability in strong relation with LOB offer development
  • Deploy the offer launching process
  • Manage all categories of the existing offer's portfolio
  • Secure offers profitability
  • Deploy and adapt the offer's marketing mix strategy in collaboration within Zone / Countries FSVP
  • Adapt & deploy the pricing strategy.
  • Leverages IB intelligence and generates business through sales campaigns
  • Deploy the Annual Marketing and Sales Plan with the countries
  • Ensure proper visibility of pipeline and achievements thru application of BFO guidelines
  • Understand local processes and tools and promotes global tools when relevant
  • Interfaces :

  • SPS LOB (offer management, offer development and design, offer pricing)
  • GFS Marketing & Sales Excellence
  • Zone / Clusters / Countries FS VP and FS Marketing
  • Marcom for events launch
  • Scope :

  • MEA (6 Clusters Gulf / KSA & Yemen / Turkey, CA & Pakistan / NEAL / FSA and ESA) and India
  • Offer category : SPIBS
  • Qualifications

  • Strong LOB Offers knowledge and Secure Power Business understanding
  • Ability to manage a team (having managed a Services P&L is a plus)
  • Ability to interact with Zone / Clusters / Countries on a day-to-day basis
  • Understand the zone requirements and targets
  • Understand the business through channels
  • Strong knowledge of FS strategy in his (her) country related to the concerned categories (market trends, business opportunities, threats, key priorities for segments, Go To Market, customer coverage, key customers needs).
  • Key Success Factors

    Knowledge of category portfolio and value proposal to the customer

    Downstream Marketing mastery (4Ps, market segmentation and trends, marketing and pricing strategies and tactics)

    Digital offers : Experience on various business models and knowledge of launches key success factors

    Good collaboration with LOB offer management

    Good collaboration with sales team and Other local teams stakeholders (as needed) for offer launch and business development
