Responsibilities

Social Media management Facebook & Instagram

Planning weekly posts

Commenting, liking and interact with followers

Replying proactively to all message requests on Instagram & Facebook

Reply to message on all 5 Facebook pages on a daily basis

Keeping Instastories up to date on a daily basis

Signage, Promotional and Printed Materials

Design, populate and refreshing all signage and printed materials for 5 locations

Discuss with managers and agree on brief for new / re-designing material

Keep materials up to date with relevant information and imagery

Printing quotes and approval with strong quality control

Sample approval and follow up for deliveries

Follow up on placements at locations and / or placing them myself

Tour different locations to check for signage update and / or creation

Keeping spreadsheet up to date with the supplier to follow up on different jobs

Planning photoshoots

Liaising with teams to make sure all props and spaces are ready, and help with set up

Overseeing and attending photoshoots

Organising & managing media database

Events

Concept research and proposal

Decorating event according to the theme

Planning, designing and execution of promotional material on all relevant channels

Sending to print all material, approving and following up on delivery

Holding regular meetings to assign tasks and status follow up

Liaising with location managers to ensure the staff rota

Event set up on the day including placing any decorative or exhibition items

Manage photography during the event for social media and / or other platforms

Attending the event to ensure the good development of such

Event closure posting any relevant media on all social channels

VIP / Collaborations, PR & Influencers

Respond to inbound enquiries

Liaise and email exchange before arrival to finalise trip and agreement

Brief teams at the location to prepare their visit

Plan and schedule the visit and daily excursions may include guiding

Liaising with hosts and / logistics to organise the days as per requirements

Meet and greet, and assisting in any specific needs

Holding a status meeting during the stay to go through the checklist of the agreement

Ensuring the delivery of media content and social media postings as per agreement

Follow up on the post-stay and ensure agreement is delivered

Gather all social media content for Surf Maroc usage

Press & Printed advertising

Liaising with printed magazines

Designing or updating ads

Sending relevant info for the feature to journalist

Promptly replying and sending media content to journalists

Other responsibilities

Creating job role descriptions

Posting recruitment positions on third party websites

Sharing jobs on any relevant social media pages

Creating / managing email addresses and emailing lists

Maintaining TripAdvisor imagery and content of all locations

Replying to TripAdvisor reviews for the restaurant profiles

Discuss and finalise newsletter content, design and imagery

Skills

Fluent English and French (mandatory)

Knowledge and experience in design software, illustrator and InDesign

Experience in event organisation

Social Media management experience and third-party social media platforms (Hootsuite, Onlypult )

Signage experience (knowledge of materials and print)

Strong attention to detail

Team focused
