Digital Marketing Manager

The overall scope of the position to maintain and execute the hotel's Digital Marketing and E-commerce activities but not limited to developing strategy, content updates, social media management, email marketing, display and programmatic campaigns, Metasearchand OTA optimization.

Reporting directly to Director of Marketing and reporting dotted line to Regional E-commerce.

Main responsabilities :

  • Build Digital yearly plan and budget for the hotel across Direct & Indirect channels
  • Contributing to Hotel Strategy, working closely with key stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Revenue, outlets managers
  • Develop quarterly and yearly e-commerce and digital marketing plans covering all digital channels levers ( Direct and Indirect )
  • Website content :

  • Content update
  • Hotel microsite maintenance & content update
  • Social Media :

  • Always on content creation (video, photos)
  • Reporting & Analytics - KPI's (FB & IG) - Reach, Engagement, Conversion & ROI
  • PR :

  • Influencer Strategy support
  • Follow-up the collaboration and performance report
  • Events & Activities calendar build
  • Maintain a segmented guests database
  • Handle the CRM and email Marketing with the third party tool (monitor with headoffice)
  • Analysis of emailing campaigns results
  • Acquisition :

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Build the SEO strategy
  • Review Metasearch websites content
  • Run and optimize Metasearch Prenium
  • Ensure Accor App visibility and usage uplift across the hotel
  • Online reputation

  • Manage Hotel's online reputation with text
  • Digital campaign

  • Display and Paid Social campaigns inclusive
  • Campaign delivery and agency management
  • Creative direction and build
  • Reporting & Analytics - KPI's (Reach, engagement, conversion & ROI)
  • Others

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, Provide though leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Qualification & skills :

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience E-Commerce / Digital Manager in Hospitality or Retail.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or in Marketing and Communication
  • Excellent English, both verbal and written
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Excellent Presentation and customer relationship skills
