Position Description

  • Contact with customers, for field maintenance, for on-site repair of rotating equipment, for troubleshooting.
  • Generate site reports towards management.
  • Support customer’s questions and issues.
  • Ability to work in interface with Flowserve organization (Solution Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Sales organization, Project Manager in QRC etc).
  • In charge of on-the-job training and signature of the pump at start-up.
  • Position Requirements

  • Responsible for the risk assessment of the site services and for Safety on site
  • Perform the necessary checks and control, report.
  • Provide assistance to the user during the start-up phase and control performance
  • Issue Final report and document and load in maintenance management system
  • Provide training support on-the job to end user personnel
  • Interface with customer for troubleshooting problems.
  • Preferences

  • Experience of minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar service-oriented environment for rotating equipment
  • Safety Qualification;
  • Solid knowledge of Quality and Safety Standard; ·
  • Solid practical and theoretical technicalknowledge of rotating equipment; ·
  • Solid understanding of vibrations and ability to perform some measurements on site; ·
  • Commitment and drive for Customer Responsiveness and support; ·
  • Autonomous
  • Good English and French communication skill is a must.
  • Ready to work on call-out duty when required

  • Morocco, Jorf or Safi. PREFERRED ·
