You will have full P&L responsibility for your city and will be expected to grow operations from $0 to $10 - $15m in revenues within 5 years.

overseeing the delivery and operations of our learning programs as well as our community overall management in line with the ALX vision and ensure its translation into community and staff experience of ALX and every element of the value proposition culture of all community and staff members Responsible for the financial results of the ALX Hub across all offerings of passionate and driven individuals to ensure they deliver at their peak and love what they do at ALX inspire and lead a local team of select, develop, place and invest in talent within the ALX Hub core parts of the value proposition and a network of leaders in the community -

Monitor and evaluate impact, effectiveness and efficiency
