What you’ll achieve The ideal candidate will have a large experience in Process Modernization, Business Transformation, or equivalent with Implementation of findings.
You will collaborate with our senior Business leaders to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that transform and Optimize the E2E FXL journey to provide a seamless and effortless experience.
In addition, you must be passionate about customers and have the ability to link how modernization of our processes and tools will serve customers at the velocity they need with quantifiable transformation.
You will : Engage with end to end functional leaders across Dell Technologies around the world to develop a deep understanding of the process modernization needs Apply lean and 4DX methodology to provide new insights into current state and redesign for transformative outcomes Hold the pen’ for defining how we will transform and lead this process modernization across core business processes Lead a portfolio of multiple initiatives and drive accountability toward other PMs Be a subject matter expert on End to End frictionless journey processes and tools Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
