This position has responsability to lead manage and develop sales in the North Africa region.
meet the market penetration, gross margin, cash flow and new business development by managing external customer relationships and influencing the business environment.
The position will have to achieve / exceed regional sales targets and support the profit objectives by implementing the sales and marketing plan
The position will lead a team of sales engineers. Team of 6 based in Algeria, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for candidates with university degree in Mechanical engineering with 10 to 15 years' experience in sales or business development and Marketing functions.
Strong aptitude of mechanical systems ( ability to read technical drawings) and have an understanding of industrial market.
Self starter and highly motivated and result oriented
Confidence and ability to deliver presentations to customers at all levels in the organization.
