What you’ll achieve : As a Senior Business Analyst, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance.
You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also end users to determine information requirements.
You will : Analytical support for overall Channel Business in EMEA with specific support to our GBO Business Partner Community.
Maintain account data hygiene through ensuring accounts are set up correctly and as required by the business and supporting on any data clean up projects and account reviews in conjunction with the Partner Data Assurance team.
Trouble shooting, researching, and resolving data anomalies as needed. Maintain governance documents to be up to date and proactively organize knowledge refresh sessions.
Collaborate with the different stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Inside Sales and System Teams) to ensure implementation and rollout of key activities according to business deadlines.
Support the implementation, driving and tracking of Channel Sales Programs and follow up with respective stakeholders. Delivering updates to Senior Management / Exec level management through regular communications and reporting.
Deep dive and correlate data, formulate conclusions and provide summary overviews to business leadership. Supervise trends and elevate issues accruing due to data variances.
Interact with customers to set expectations regarding report availability and SLAs. Generate reports and recommendations based on analysis and proactively communicate status to the customer.
Exercise considerable judgment and take initiative in assignments to resolve problems and make recommendations and resolutions.

Here’s what we are looking for with this role : Essential Requirements : Very Advanced Excel Knowledge (Extensive Excel Formula and Excel Speed needed) PBI knowledge and experience.
Fluent in English (written and verbal). Numerical / Analytical skills and mindset. Attention to detail, and ability to analyze large volumes of complex data to inform decision making.
Excellent time management and work prioritization, ability to multi-task. Financial and analytical experience, Interpersonal skills.
Project Management experience. Able to translate business requirements into system needs. Ability to work independently and be a strong team player.
PowerPoint skills. Presentation skills. Independent mindset. Ability to work with different stakeholders in different countries / time zones.
Ability to communicate clearly and simply across departments and functions. Desirable Requirements : Experience with account data management / sales account alignment.
