Job purpose

Reporting to Pernod Ricard Middle East, North Africa and Turkey (MENAT), Pernod Ricard Maroc is an affiliate which aims at distributing and promoting brands of the Group within the Moroccan territory.

In order to implement and develop all HR processes, communications and S&R actions within the affiliate, Pernod Ricard Maroc is recruiting an HR Development Officer.

B Key duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Maroc and working closely with the HRD of Pernod Ricard MENAT, the HR Development Officer is the key contact on all HR subjects.

1. Pernod Ricard Maroc (80%)

HR Project coordination :

  • Recruitment : Post and manage new requisitions openings on our Career website, and when needed on LinkedIn and other job boards.
  • Preselection by phone, interviews, coordination with managers. In charge of the relation with recruitment agencies if & when necessary

  • HR strategy : participate to HR strategy with Managing Director to develop agile / collaborative model, ensure the global HR processes are executed flawlessly
  • Induction : Be responsible for induction for new collaborators
  • Admin : Manage and update Workday employee data, all contracts and letters, review and update internal HR procedures in line with the global guidelines
  • Talent Management : Set up and follow the talent management process (annual review follow-up, HRIS update on Talent Management, trainings on Workday tool and new processes .
  • reporting and HR analysis (job description mapping)

  • Training : Assess and consolidate training needs, prepare training plan and budget, coordinate and facilitate approved training and development programs for all employee levels with professional training partners, assess effectiveness of trainings via surveys and monitor training budget
  • I SAY Survey : local iSay survey coordination, help implementing and mentoring the action plan
  • Compensation & Benefits : payroll, management of annual leaves and absences, coordination for annual bonuses & raises, monitor the headcount budget and prepare monthly reports
  • Follow the legal regulations and requirements regarding HR processes, keep organization abreast
  • Sustainability & Responsibility and Corporate Communication :

  • Internal communication : weekly post vacancies, prepare appointments, update the organizational chart, actively participate in Chatter, (corporate social network) and publish HR information on the intranet (HR appointments, events etc.
  • actively participate in the organization of internal events : staff meetings, company trips, seminars

  • Key contact of PR Maroc with the S&R teams within Pernod Ricard
  • Implementation and follow-up of global S&R activities (Responsib’All Day, etc.)
  • In charge of building a strong employer brand, develop a local HR network : schools, recruiting agencies
  • Other

  • Participate in the Group Annual Reporting, in coordination with the regional Headquarters
  • Point of contact for LSF questionnaire LSF (Internal audit)
  • HR monthly reporting to General Management
  • In charge of developing well-being at work activities, in collaboration with the Office Manager
  • Other ad hoc missions, depending on HR topics
  • 2. Pernod Ricard MENAT (20%)

  • Work closely with the MENAT HR Director and HR business partners on coordination of the group processes and regional HR projects (Talent and Performance Management Cycle, iSay, social reporting, etc.)
  • Follow up and report talent development and action plans for key talents
  • Present statistical data for monthly headcount & budget reports and provide data for related HR KPIs, participate in Group’s Annual Reporting in coordination with other relevant stakeholders
  • Search global and group HR best practices and share within the ME
  • C Interactions with external partners and other departments within the Company

  • HR Community of PR and especially PR MENAT and PR EMEA & LATAM HQ
  • PR Maroc collaborators (around 40 people)
  • External suppliers : recruitment agencies, other suppliers
  • D Required skills

  • HR skills & knowledge : HR competencies, especially in recruitment, local legislation, Talent Management, HR marketing and communication
  • Skills and tools : good analytical skills and excellent writing, good knowledge of IT tools especially Power Point & Excel.
  • Workday knowledge or any HRIS would be a plus

  • Interpersonal skills : Extrovert, autonomous, rigorous, discreet, organized, assiduous, proactive
  • E Education and profile

  • Master’s degree level with HR major
  • At least two years' experience within an HR Department, ideally as a Generalist HR
  • Fluent French / English / Arabic
