MARKETING CALL CENTER is pleased to offer an opportunity to join our dedicated call center team as a Trainer.

The Trainer will be primarily responsible for providing an engaging and motivating learning environment for our newly hired agents.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to continually deliver a comprehensive training program that positively improves our activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an engaging and motivating in person and / or virtual learning environment for new hires
  • Monitor and provide continuous feedback to the new hires to promote continual learning and growth
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the training content in order to meet the changing operational / business needs of the organization
  • Coordinate the development and use of new hire coaches
  • Provide additional training as determined by the management team.
  • Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
  • Prior training facilitation experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
