Our client is looking for customer relations support to assist their back-office team, customer service oriented helpdesk specialist to provide support to clients in an efficient and accurate manner.
You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and you will provide the required documents, files, answers to specific questions and follow-up with emails and calls for all assigned areas.
The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.

Responsibilities (Tasks) :
Providing the first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
Tracking, routing and redirecting questions to correct resources
Walk customers through the problem-solving process
Follow up with customers and provide feedback
Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
Preserve and grow your knowledge of helpdesk procedures, products and services
Requirements (Your Profile) :
Proven working experience in providing customers relations
Working knowledge of help desk
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Customer service orientation
BS degree or equivalent
Fluency in DUTCH, proficiency in FRENCH
