We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient E-Commerce Manager to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow :
Responsible for Region Africa’s eCommerce strategy formulation and implementation.
Ensure a 360 view on all online marketing activities improving the customer journey, finding synergies & best practices and evaluating online current & potential sales channels.
Communicate and consult with country teams + local / regional partners on content optimization, brand presentation, new launches, shop-in-shop improvements, etc.
Close collaboration with Africa’s regional user & retail marketing teams, local retail / user marketing teams, key account managers and commercial teams to increase sell-out online, ensure stock availability, correct pricing, and portfolio definition.
Provide support to online partners for online shop onboarding / launches and operations (online retail performance, optimized product information, high quality brand presentation) through guidelines and IT / Software tools available from Bosch.
Implement and utilize ratings and review analysis tool to gather customer perceptions and take adequate actions.
Overall responsible Region Africa Brand Website’s : main point of contact; implementing or maintaining 3rd party solutions & change / enhancements requests.
Digital Sales Channels Support : Identify, collect & align local requirements from internal & external stakeholders to access new digital sales channels.
Work with external global marketing agency to create online content and 3rd party solution providers.
Work with the central commercial teams to support in Africa and countries ecommerce strategy.
Consult and support the CSOs with ecommerce dealer onboarding and operations e.g. product upload sheet, content exchange with retailers and guidelines .
Support the CSOs with online retail performance; ensuring to optimize product texts, photos, videos, display & banners, micro sites & teasers branded SiS .
Monthly reporting incl. R&R and ecommerce deep dives on KPI performance, and initiatives to give stakeholders a clear view on the performance towards targets OKRs .
Support with direct digital sales initiatives.
Support the African region with input from BDO and other regions digital commercial activities.

Digital Content Chain : E.g. Prime Pool, MPE and PDE.
An engineer with strong IT / digital knowledge with a MBA in sales and marketing;
3 to 5 years experience in E Commerce and digital business support;
Works in complex and multicultural environment with exposure to a large geography;
Analytical, structured, curious with high curiosity and learning orientation;
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills;
Fluent in English, French and Arabic;
Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally;
Strong (advanced) Microsoft Office package knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team;
Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability;
