about the role Develop the growth relay of International Carriers with a focus on mobile services, data services and security services : Mobile services include transport of signaling and data roaming traffic (SS7, LTE, IPX), messaging (SMS P2P / A2P), roaming hub, roaming sponsor Data services include Open Transit Internet, backhaul solution, Long Distance Ethernet, City to City, Security services include Signaling and Messaging Firewall, Vulnerability assessment, DDOS,

  • Responsible for new business development in line with the global strategy of International Carriers
  • Development, implementation and monitoring of commercial contracts in line with the global strategy of International Carriers
  • Negotiate and agree on commercial contracts and achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives on the client and prospect portfolio
  • Manage relationships with external entities of GCS : Marketing, OINIS, Finance, Delivery, Sourcing, Orange Business Services, Wholesale Line Of Business
  • Clear reporting and regularly update of IS system

  • Strong Knowledge of wholesale services especially DATA and MOBILE
  • Strong sense of diplomacy, development and follow-up of contracts
