WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a Key Account Manager working in the North Africa region, you are part of a global sales force, your main responsibilities are :
Creating, developing and managing systematically and pro-actively effective business relationships with Key Accounts to achieve sales goals and develop long term partnership with them
Finding and developing new accounts, new business opportunities in markets and segments
Handling and prioritizing the sales activities to achieve sales and distribution targets
Developing strategies for major accounts and build excellent networking
Training and promoting to Key Accounts specific products applications and providing them with all product specifications
Active participation in fairs and events
Responsibility for Swarovski brand implementation : defining branding goals, presentations & explanation
Planning and budgeting on account level
WHAT WE EXPECT
Coming from a strong B2B or B2B2C sales background, your customers see you as a competent subject matter expert, trusted partner and advisor.
You are genuinely interested in discovering more about customer business, with a drive to achieve results.
Furthermore, you have the following background :
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
At least 5 years sales experience in a related B2B environment
Ideally an existing customer base, interest in researching and analyzing customer industries and building new business.
Fluent French, Classic Arabic and English language skills.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently (up to 70%)
Active listening, persuasive communication skills and determination
